We always stay here in November and December when we visit my husbands family with our two French Bulldogs. Over the years they definitely have upgraded the rooms. We love that there is a Fridge and a Microwave. They provide Paya Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel which was excellent quality. The shower is hot and the pressure is good. There are hair dryers, you just need to ask the front desk. Front desk staff this past couple years have been top notch. They are sooo friendly! The coffee is the lobby is even good! Thanks for our awesome stay over Thanksgiving and see you this Christmas!
Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious. Loved the shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles. Had access to the heat, was a cold rainy day. The pub was great. Food was very good! Cassidy and christen were great waitresses. Loved the location. Only 2 miles from the hospital, had a sick aunt. Parking was no problem. Continental breakfast consisted of kids cereal, fruit and cold coffee. That was really the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again. Price of the room was very high, found out later there was a country singer that was performing causing the price hike.
Very happy with the room. One of the cleanest pet friendly rooms we’ve stayed at. Desk clerks friendly and helpful. Liked the area. We were too tired to go to upstairs pub, but will definitely try it next time.
